In this hour long session we will delve into detail about your diet and habitual lifestyle, we will discuss any individual issues or concerns and assess current intake. Guidelines and goals will be set for individuals to adhere to.
A full 1 hour consultation with individualised plan to follow - at least 7 breakfasts, 7 lunches, 7 dinners all calorie and macronutrient counted specifically for you. You will also receive recipes and resources to help you on your way and learn the quantities and types of food you should be eating.

A goal oriented package in which we look to achieve a realistic goal over 6 weeks, including 3 one-to-one sessions, consistent support and contact from me and a bespoke nutrition plan with all the meals, recipes and tools you need to achieve your goal!
